Ever wondered who Quan Yin really is, or want to know more about her? Where she comes from and what she brings to our world? In this workshop we will learn of her history, myth and legend, and how she is spiritually connected with Mother Mary and the Divine Feminine Compassion. We will learn of and explore Quan Yin’s 100 Wisdom Poems, and we will each take a poem and contemplate and work with the wisdom-energy it wishes to convey to us and how we may apply it in our lives today. The sacred chant and meditation practices attributed to Quan Yin and Mother Mary are especially powerful in bringing forth our own Compassionate Heart. We will enter into these practices seeking to deepen and broaden our own compassion in a world in dire need of this divinely heart-centered quality today.
