RETURNING TO ANCIENT INDIGENOUS SOUL WISDOM
We are all returning to our ancient soul wisdom
We are all being asked to remember and listen deeply to our own indigenous ways
For we are all indigenous to this Earth, no matter how many ancestral generations ago, no matter how many lifetimes pastMy own Irish and Scottish lineage become more alive within me daily
If...If...I make the time to empty myself and stop and listen
Their ancient whispers echoing in my soul are right there
They whisper about dragons and new pathways awakening in the world and in my soul
They whisper about warrior wisdom and when to stand my ground and when to turn away
They whisper about a love so deep in the land that knows me
The Stone tells me its long life story
The Oak Trees bend down to embrace me
The Sea laughs at my Selkie antics as I roll through the waves
The Sky always overhead sends me delights to gaze upon
And the Land Herself....she opens and reveals who She has been and who She is becoming...throughout time...beyond time
