Changes in My Life

From Presence: Bringing the Soul into Dying and Grieving
It seems we are all being asked to die to something
Old life forms that can no longer find their place in the new wine skin of your life
Friends and family leaving this Earth or finding a path apart from you
Work crumbling - you may be willing, or not, to accede to this
Bodies rearranging themselves with old skills falling away
And this is just the personal
What of the collective?
Let me count the ways
I bow my head as I try to count
Too many to speak
Let us pray for the new wine skin
and the new wine for our world
My own life is rearranging itself quite substantially
I have moved from consternation to sadness, through grief to renewed joy
The unknown path beckons
The pathway of the Language of the Soul
The pathway of the Heart
They each have their own way and time of revealing themselves
This may not seem anything new
But new ways of expression are definitely coming....I feel them bubbling deep within....
As part of this rearrangement of my life I am now finally coming to the substack platform. I will be bringing to a close the podcasts and offering instead recorded meditations and prayers and other inspirations on substack.
